1. Service Description

Arrentios is a platform that connects landlords and tenants with rental agencies on the Costa del Sol, Spain. The platform is free for landlords and tenants. Agencies pay per lead purchased.

2. Lead Purchases

Agencies purchase leads at the listed price. Payment is processed through Stripe. Each purchase is final, subject to our refund policy below.

3. Refund Policy

Agencies can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if: (a) the email address bounces, (b) the phone number is invalid, or (c) the lead is a duplicate of one already purchased. Refunds are not granted because a lead does not respond or because the agency changes its mind.

4. Data Accuracy

Agency pricing data is provided by agencies themselves or collected from public sources. Unverified data is marked as such. Arrentios does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing information.

5. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time. Account deletion removes personal data but retains anonymized financial records as required by law.
